Who approves the repair?
Tell us when you book who approves the repair and the price. We do not start work that no one has authorised, and we quote upfront so the approval is clear.
What to do when a tenant reports a fault
Ask for the appliance type, brand, and what it is doing, and whether it is leaking, warming up, or smelling. That lets us prioritise emergencies, like flooding or a warming fridge, over a slow fault.
Preventing repeat callouts
Washer hoses, dryer vents, and fridge seals are the repeat offenders in rentals. A yearly check on those three, plus a filter and vent clean, prevents many emergency calls.
